Cardio: Part #1

Posted on Fri, 01/04/2008 - 7:00am

Is the most action you’ve gotten post-divorce come in the form of a pint of ice cream or a bag of potato chips? Well, why not try the first of two cardio workouts that are designed to get your heart racing the right way. Each workout is 10 minutes so you can do one if you are short on time or back to back for a 20-minute body shaping, fat-burning workout. Holding hand weights throughout the programs will quickly boost your results. Unlike some cardio workouts that have you going quickly from one move to the next, Kathy's routines are both thorough and easy to follow so you get to do the whole workout.
