Susan Reach Winters is a shareholder and the chairperson of the family Law Department of Budd Larner, P.C. She has broad experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, business and other asset valuations, custody and visitation, child support, alimony and equitable distribution. She holds a B.S. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.

A popular speaker, Winters was selected as one of New Jersey's Best 50 Women in Business (NJBIZ 2007); served on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics Committee - District VB - Essex County Chair (1989 - 1990); is an Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inn of Court Barrister; and served as Adjunct Professor of Law, Seton Hall University School of Law (1983-1987).
