FWW On CBS!

Yesterday, the New York Post picked up the First Wives World Poll about how much/little sex divorced women were having. I was working from home and volleying emails when the news came through. Yippee! I love the NY Post and love that FWW is becoming the "voice'' for divorced women.

I went to work out, came back, and continued the emails, when Lois our PR honcho emailed that CBS News wanted to do an interview in NYC with me and my partner Paul — ASAP!

I live about 1/2 hour outside of NYC and had planned on coming to the city in the afternoon. Now what? I did a kamikaze shower/get dressed thing and put my make up on in the taxi hustling me to New York. The guy had no shocks and I had eyeliner on my forehead. Who cares...I made it exactly on time.

Cindy Hsu, one of my favorite New York reporters, showed up to do the interview — to air on the 5:00 news! Paul is a dynamo and we have a ball doing these things together, even though he said he felt like Ed McMahon next to me.

I had a prior date to meet up with a 'sizzling' sexy European guy at 5pm. If I met him as planned, I'd have to watch us on the news in the restaurant at the bar with the sound off — missing everything we said! The guy looks like a cross between Rossano Ribiconi and Antonio Banderas, so needless to say, I opted to watch in silence while we sipped Merlot. Wouldn't you?
