Divorce papers waiting…pen in hand…muscle cramp?? A mixture of feel-good stretches will help increase flexibility and release tight joints. You can do this 10-minute stretch anytime day or night and you don't need any equipment to do this workout. The stretches are easy to follow and designed for any fitness level. By doing this stretching workout, you'll improve your posture and reduce muscle tension. Another benefit: It will help you regain range of motion around your joints.
