Q: Exercise — My problem areas are my butt and thighs, kind of like jello...help! Can you recommend specific exercises?
A: My favorite exercise for these areas is my signature card lunges and squats. Find a deck of cards and grab 20. Hold the cards in your hand and squat and put one card down at a time. This targets the butt. For the legs, lunge forward and place one card on the floor by your foot. This will tighten and tone your legs.
