Q: Exercise and Food — My divorce was final two years ago and I'm trying to get fit, not only for dating, but for my own well-being. Is exercise more important than changing my eating habits?

A: Doing both is very important to get and keep your body at its ideal weight, but we can't change overnight. Finding a few ways to add physical activity into your day in addition to your workout will help. You don't need to overhaul your diet. Simply find the foods that you choose to eat on a regular basis and see if there are some better choices. Eat small meals six times a day. This will help curb cravings and overeating.
