It's true. The corporate model does NOT work for women, it is patriarchal. Germaine Greer has lots to say about this, too. It's sooooo true. Equality is not sameness. Equality is not women becoming like men, about women fitting in to male-dominated organisations! Great, great guest. Moreover, corporations give back nothing to any of their employees these days, irrespective of whether they are male or female. It's true about the contagion effect of entrepreneurship. Enthusiasm is wonderful. The connections to self-esteem are true also! The Read 6 Pillars of Self-Esteem! Oooh - I love the fact that Beth talks about education!!! Psychology should also be taught at schools, IMHO.
