Tasha Norman is CEO and Founder of Tendu Magazine LLC. and FitEngine. Inc. She has been a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners — a dues-based national organization representing the interests of women entrepreneurs in all industries, with nearly 80 chapters nationwide — since 2004.

Tasha Norman is currently serving as President of the NYC chapter for the 2007-2009 term.

The NAWBO-NYC is an organization devoted solely to empowering and educating women entrepreneurs. Since 1985, NAWBO-NYC has been the collective backbone of the city's 330,000 women business owners, who generate nearly $65 billion in sales annually. NAWBO-NYC offers facilitated networking, supportive and educational programs, inspirational speakers and other special events to help members grow their businesses.

NAWBO-NYC works to support women-owned businesses and the woman business owner through its innovative programming, networking opportunities, awards programs and support systems.
