Bio:
Scott Haltzman, M.D., is a clinical assistant professor of Psychiatry at Brown University. He is the founder and editor of DrScott.com, author of "The Secrets of Happily Married Men" and "The Secrets of Happily Married Women", and co-author of the chapter "Marriage and Divorce" in the American Psychiatric Press book entitled: "Men and Mental Health".
Dr. Haltzman is board certified in Psychiatry and is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is a graduate of Brown University, and received his medical degree from the Brown Medical School. He completed his psychiatric training and chief residency at Yale University. He is currently the Medical Director of NRI Community Services in Woonsocket, Rhode Island and has a private practice in Barrington, Rhode Island.
Dr. Haltzman has appeared on the Today Show, 20/20, TIME Magazine, Glamour, Redbook, Parent's Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Men's Health, The New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune and local and national radio, TV and print. He is a presenter at the Annual Smart Marriages conference and has presented at the annual meeting of the American Psychiatric Association.
