Maureen Wild, Certified Etiquette and Ethics Trainer
Maureen Wild is a certified business etiquette and workplace ethics seminar leader. Businesses who value the distinction of providing polished, ethical customer service have discovered that investing in protocol and ethics training is invaluable for presenting and maintaining a peerless reputation.
Maureen Wild obtained her professional certification from Michael Josephson at the internationally renowned Josephson Institute of Ethics in Los Angeles. She acquired her etiquette credentials from The Protocol School of Washington, Washington, D.C. which advises the Washington Diplomatic Community. Additionally, she has lived abroad where she completed duties as a NATO hostess.
Maureen has delivered etiquette and ethics seminars for Marriott International, Prudential Insurance Co., NeighborCare Institutional Pharmacy, Nordstrom Specialty Stores, Benchmark Hospitality, The NJ Society of CPAs, Ortho-Biotech, and prominent NJ colleges and universities as well as numerous restaurants, country clubs and private schools. She is frequently asked to comment on matters of etiquette in The New York Times and will soon be published in “O” magazine.
She has served on the Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International and The NY-Tri-State Chapter of the National Speakers’ Association. She conducts training on a broad range of topics to include Ethical decision making, Executive Dining Etiquette, Attending and Administrating Business Meetings as well as Business Wardrobe, Customer Service and Business Communications.
