Bio:

Lee Miller, a graduate of Harvard Law School, is the co-founder of YourCareerDoctors.com, a career advice and coaching Web site. Lee is an expert on careers and works as a career coach, as well as an adjunct professor of management at Seton Hall University.

He is author of UP: Influence, Power and the U Perspective — The Art of Getting What You Want. He is also co-author, with his daughter Jessica, of A Woman’s Guide to Successful Negotiating which was selected by Atlanta Woman’s Magazineas one of the 50 best books for professional women, and was a featured book on "The Early Show" and "Good Morning America."

Lee was previously the senior vice president for human resources at TV Guide Magazine, USA Networks and at Barney's New York Inc., a vice president at R.H. Macy & Co. Inc. and a partner in one of the biggest law firms in New Jersey.

A frequent television guest, he has appeared on "The Early Show", "Good Morning America," “Today in New York,” CNN’s “Take It Personally,” CNBC’s “Power Lunch,” MSNBC’s “Economy Watch” and NPR’s “Morning Edition.”
