Bio:

Janell Weinstein, Esq., Family Law Attorney

Ms. Weinstein is a family law attorney who earned a J.D. in 1991 from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers University, Douglass College in 1988. Upon receiving her law degree, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jonathan N. Harris, Judge of the Superior Court in Bergen County.

Weinstein’s areas of practice include family and matrimonial law, including divorce, child support, alimony, custody, post-divorce judgment matters, domestic violence, domestic partnerships and pre-marital agreements; real estate law, purchase, sale and refinancing issues. She also specialized in other areas of civil litigation.

Weinstein has appeared as a guest commentator for Court TV n/k/a TruTV, as well on Sirus Satelite Radio, and the U.K.'s "GMTV." She is a volunteer at the Women’s Rights Information Center in Englewood, New Jersey.
