Before I met Ahmed, I couldn't stand being alone. I craved the company of other people. But, being married to a fellow extrovert has made me appreciate solitude. At least for now...

i can relate

from one extrovert to another, I can totally relate to this post. I used to never be comfortable by myself but sometime in the process of separating I started to love solitude, and that did not change. I think I finally learned the being alone and being lonely have little to do with each other. nice post. thanks. elaina goodman

Alone vs Lonely

I think that once you develop the capacity to appreciate being alone, you never really lose it. Loneliness is easy to rectify. Friends and family are just a phone call away. But, when you have a house full of kids and a loud husband, being alone is too precious a commodity. Appreciate it while you can.
