I Forgot My next Question ...
But Who Cares!

Here's a look at a live taping of my show and you can actually see out the window onto 5th Ave. in New York City. If you’re asking “what window,” I assume you're distracted by Fitz.
Fitroy Smith is a wellness/fitness expert who appeared on my show Tuesday to talk about how important it is for divorced women to get in shape and stay strong. For years, Fitz trained people in the building where I live. I could never afford him because I was a single mom with limited cash.
But a couple of months ago I decided I was worth the investment and now share him three days a week with my girlfriend Vi, who calls me between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. to get me out of bed. You'd think Fitz would be enough of an incentive...
"Fitz" is a divorced dad with three sons and is happily remarried to Fonda, a massage therapist. Vi is happily living with Frank, who still has no idea Fitz is involved with our morning workouts.
I am happily single and am using both Fitz and Vi to get into better shape so more men will willingly take their shirts off for me.

Me too, however, sometimes I can't remember what I had for lunch..how bad is that? Regarding fitness, its great mentally, emotionally and physically. Good job..glad to have found you regarding Katie...support, which I will join and watch her program

Fitz
This is absolutely true! If the trainer motivates you by his looks and then turns out to be a father of three, you have the best of both worlds.... savvy and sensitivity!!!!!!
Funny Blog
This blog is soo funny. I dont think that I would have remembered anything, let alone my next question. Are you going to have studs like this everytime you a show. Tooo funny. Keep it up!
I think...
I am blinded by the abs.
Wait...maybe it's my contact...nope, it's the abs.
Wow.
I am jealous of your job right now and I thought being a musician was cool.
Great to meet you last week at the get-together.
Vicky
Very Nice
Debbie, I must say he is truly eye candy but the real question is...How are the workouts going and any good results?..Jeanne
