No offence...
but what does fashion have to do with divorce? I guess it could have some relevance to the subject, but you didn't mention divorce once in this segment. I didn't see anything here that I haven't seen on iVillage, The Today Show, or The Morning Show. It might be passable if you hadn't just done a segment on "cooling products"... but, I'm not here for a consumer sales pitch. I'm here for advice on divorce. Topics about divorce. Ways to empower myself after divorce.
Maybe a makeover for a newly divorced woman would have been nice if you want a fashion spin.
Just, please, don't turn this site into another product platform or cookie-cutter glamour advice column. I need it too much right now.

somewhat agree
Yeah the segment could be a little more pertinent to divorce, but the site is out there swinging for our cause. and there swinging in the right direction. And quite honestly, my closet is a mess right now, so I don't mind hearing about what's in vogue ;)
I disagree
I actually think this is a great segment. So you don't think this will help you prepare for a date? Sure does help me with the fashion advise! Not once did the girl try to push a product so I don't think it's a sales pitch. I have two jobs and don't have time to surf the internet sites like ivillage or watch the Today Show. So this is actually great for me. Thank you for making this a more well rounded community.

Dating is the last thing on my mind!
For once I want to focus on myself as a woman who doesn't need constant admiration from men! I just think that, as women, we spend so much time and focus on how we look. I would love to see more segments on the accomplishments of women who have slogged through a devastating divorce and then gone on to do something incredible. I don't mind the occasional fashion advice bit, but too often, sites like this start focusing on the superficial rather than the substantive.
I actually like Mina's blog... but I know that I'm going there to read about fashion. When I click on "Debbie Does Divorce", I expect to be seeing a bit that in some way relates to divorce.
