Marilyn Heywood Paige is a Philadelphia-based visual artist with a lively and checkered past. Her career adventures include several years as a torch singer, a year as a TV and radio traffic reporter in Baltimore and Washington, three years selling flowers on QVC, and a stint at Barnes & Noble in Philadelphia where she hosted over 600 live author events.
Details of her multifaceted career have been featured in The New York Times, Women's Day Magazine and the Philadelphia City Paper.
She has taught scrapbooking at the National Constitution Center and for the First Person Festival, both in Philadelphia. Her scrapbooking art has been mentioned in The Philadelphia Inquirer, ABC.com, and HitchedMag.com. She currently is on staff as a designer for Recollections in Baltimore.
