Beautiful homage to the past. I'm glad you still have places where the presence of your love and falling in love are still so available to you. It's a gift that doesn't ever need to be "re-gifted"!Mon, 30 Jun 2008 07:20:56 -0400Guestcomment 5736 at https://www.firstwivesworld.comThanks, sarah.

Your post meant more to me than you can know. I was married at a lighthouse. Lately I've been wondering if I can ever go back there, or to any lighthouse. You don't realize how many lighthouses there are in America until they become a symbol of your whole life! I've been wanting to return to "our" lighthouse, but frankly I don't think I can handle it right now. Maybe some day. Meanwhile, thank you.Sat, 28 Jun 2008 20:06:59 -0400bargeecomment 5734 at https://www.firstwivesworld.comThose Places

Yes, those places... the places where love blossomed. The site of your first kiss. The place where he proposed. Is it worth trying to reclaim them now that the marriage is over? This week, I went back to "our spot" to find out.

For more of my story, click here or view my profile page on the social network!
https://www.firstwivesworld.com/community/house-bloggers/sarah-farthing/those-places#commentsSarah FarthingvlogMind and SpiritNavigating DivorceTue, 24 Jun 2008 14:46:05 -0400Sarah Farthing7239 at https://www.firstwivesworld.com
