Sordid details emerge in David divorce

I am going to call the outcome of the divorce case in the news between the 36-year-old Swedish Countess and the 66 year-old CEO with countless millions. She should countess her blessings that her $36 million in United Technologies stock is still worth that much. She should also have no problem finding a new guy who doesn't have a problem being dragged to bed against his will, one complaint from her now ex-CEO hubby.

Married in 2002, it took only two years for Marie Douglas-David to start cheating on George David with a strapping Swedish swordsman (say that three times fast). Poor George hired a PI, finds out it's true, and files for divorce. She uses sex to get him back.

This is the game that played on. He filed for divorce four times in seven years. He created a postnup in 2005. She sued him for divorce in 2006. George got himself a mistress along the way and filed for divorce a final time in the summer 2007, but for whatever reason, took the Countess to Malta with him in November 2007 to collect his award for a record-setting finish with his 90-foot racing yacht.

The Countess must have had some postnup legal advice telling her that getting George to have sex again would give her ammunition in court to toss out the postnup. But there was no finish in the bedroom in the island. The sex trick backfired. Girls hate that in an island setting!

A month later in Sweden, George said he had sex against his will. What’s he on? In conclusion... Better hope the judge is naïve, as it's all about proving to the judge she shared love and happiness after the divorce was filed. Better yet, maybe she should try and drag him into bed.

Final verdict ... My early call ..the winner is  the CEO .

Attitude is everything
