I find it agonizing.........less expensive than going to court, but you still each have to have your own legal counsel, and at times, you are paying double legal bills.

The entire divorce process is painful and ugly, especially when your spouse won't move out.

Never give up hope. There has to be something wonderful on the other side of divorce.
Sat, 15 Sep 2007 22:07:36 -0400 Guest comment 2325 at http://www.firstwivesworld.com BOO http://www.firstwivesworld.com/community/intimate-portraits/fww/mediation-2#comment-1594
BOO
Wed, 08 Aug 2007 21:43:28 -0400 Guest comment 1594 at http://www.firstwivesworld.com DONT BELIVE IN MEDATION http://www.firstwivesworld.com/community/intimate-portraits/fww/mediation-2#comment-1593
I THINK YOU SHOULD NOT THINK THAT MEDATION IS GOOD FOR YOU .
THINK ABOUT IT THE PUT YOU IN A ROOM WITH 2 ATTORNEYS AND 1 MIDATOR THE MIDATOR WHANT TO ADD HIS HOUERS HE GET PAID TO LISTEN TO YOUR STORY HE DOSENT CARE BUT HE WHANTS HIS MONEY IN THE END YOU GIVE HIM A CHECK AND YOU GET NOTHING TRUST ME THE THE ATTORNEYS DONT CARE THE JUDGE DONT CARE THE ARE COLD AND IF YOU THINK YOU MADE A GOOD DEAL TALK TO ME IN 5 YEARS
Wed, 08 Aug 2007 21:42:29 -0400 Guest comment 1593 at http://www.firstwivesworld.com Mediation http://www.firstwivesworld.com/community/intimate-portraits/fww/mediation-2#comment-280
Always a fan of mediation.
